Fees and Charges
All finance approvals are subject to lender credit criteria and responsible lending requirements. Terms and interest rates offered will depend on your own individual or company circumstances and the security being purchased. Lender fees and charges, terms and conditions will apply, and we will discuss these with you once we have agreed on which lender best suits your needs. The Finance Network may charge a broker service fee which the lender will add to your loan and pay to The Finance Network once the loan is advanced. This fee can vary between $100 and $1000 and is included in your loan structure/repayments. The fee charged is intended to cover our costs associated with accessing the application and facilitating the loan including the preparation of loan documentation and settlement of funds.
Complaints handling and disputes resolution
If you are not satisfied with our service, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
When we receive a complaint:
- We will consider your complaint and let you know how we intend to resolve it. Where possible, we try to resolve your complaint immediately.
- If we are unable to resolve your complaint immediately, we will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days. We may contact you to get further information about your complaint.
- We aim to resolve complaints within 10 working days of receiving them. If we need more time to investigate your complaint, we will let you know when you can expect to receive a response.
- We will contact you by phone, email or letter to let you know whether we can resolve your complaint and how we propose to do so.
In the event that we cannot agree on how to resolve your complaint, you can contact The Finance Networks approved disputes resolution scheme, Financial Services Complaints Ltd (FSCL) – A Financial Ombudsman Service. FSCL is our independent external ombudsman and dispute resolution service that has been approved by the Minister of Consumer Affairs under the Financial Service Providers (Registration and Dispute Resolution) Act 2008. FSCL’s service is free of charge to you providing an independent dispute resolution service that may be able to help resolve the complaint.
